On June 5th Anchor Bay will be releasing the DVD of Justin McConnell's apocalyptic thriller The Collapsed. I was fortunate to catch the movie last July, and reviewed it here, and since then have been following the film's progress and have been eagerly awaiting a wide release. I personally think it is a cracking flick and am happy to say that I have 2 copies of the DVD to giveaway.
In the wake of the end of the world, a family of four desperately tries to survive against insurmountable odds. Their goal: escaping the city and traveling to the rural community they once called home.
The constant threat of a violent death forcing them to stay as far away from civilization as possible, they take to the forest, soon to discover the danger posed by other survivors may be the least of their worries.
To be in with a chance of winning one of the two copies that I have, I am not going to ask you to solve riddles, like my next door neighbor Gunther, or any other such tomfoolery. All I ask is that you send me an email, to judefelton@hotmail.com, with The Collapsed DVD in the title, along with your name and mailing address. This giveaway will run until June 1st, I will then email the winners and have their DVD's shipped off by carrier pigeon. Or maybe the USPS, we shall see.
